Since 2021, Fukuoka Prefecture has hosted the Fukuoka One Health International Forum. The forum brings together leading experts from around the world to seek solutions to One Health issues, including infectious diseases shared between humans and animals, through the One Health approach. It also provides a platform for sharing research findings and other achievements with the global community.

Most recently, the 6th Fukuoka One Health International Forum was held on February 21, 2026.
